Return & Exchange Policy

At Top Notch Diamonds, we want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange it within the guidelines outlined in this policy. It is at the discretion of Top Notch Diamonds on if a return or exchange is acceptable.

Timeframe for Returns & Exchanges

Customers must let the company know of their intention to return or exchange their purchase within 3 days of receiving their order. The jewelry must be returned within 10 days of the customer's notification.

Inspection & Acceptance Criteria

All returned jewelry must pass inspection tests to ensure that it is in its original condition. If the jewelry is found to be damaged or worn, the return may not be accepted and the customer will be informed. If the jewelry is accepted for return, the customer's credit card used to make the original payment will be credited.

Return & Exchange Fees

A fee of 10% of the invoiced amount will be charged to customers for returns.

Exceptions to Returns & Exchanges

Jewelry sold in promotional deals may not be eligible for returns or exchanges. Some specific categories of jewelry may also not be eligible for returns or exchanges. This information will be clearly stated on the product page.

Refunds

If a jewelry is accepted for return or exchange, the customer will be informed via email. The refund amount will be issued to the customer's credit card used to make the original payment.

Return Packaging Requirements

The customer must include all packaging material and accessories when returning the jewelry.
