Yes, we offer resize options for $50 to resize a ring up 2 sizes or down 2 sizes. Anything above or below 2 sizes will be judged based on a case to case basis and should cost approximately $100. Please email Customerservice@topnotchdiamonds.com

All rings come in standard sizes: Size 10 for Men’s and Size 7 for Women’s. If you do not know your ring size, I suggest emailing us after receiving your order to see the size changes that need to be made.
We accept changes to the order within one hour, as we will start making the item after that and it cannot be changed once the process has started.
If there is a manufacturing fault, we will issue a full return and refund. Otherwise, we do not accept returns or issue refunds, but we do allow one exchange within 14 days to a product of equal or greater value. Custom jewelry cannot be exchanged. For any exchanges, please email us at Customerservice@topnotchdiamonds.com with the invoice number, reason for exchange, and the item pictures. Instructions on exchange process will be emailed once exchange is approved. All packages shipped to us must be fully insured and must be shipped thru UPS or FedEx to us. Top Notch Diamonds is not responsible for any loss or damage that occurs during shipping. Once we receive the item back, company experts will evaluate the jewelry to ensure that the jewelry is unused and unworn before exchanging the product. The original item must be unworn and unused and with the original box. We will try to take care to the best of our ability.
If your package has been lost, please email us with the order number and shipment address. We will file an investigation with the insurance company. Top Notch Diamonds will evaluate the investigation details which may take from 30 to 90 days. Once the claim gets confirmed and completed with the insurance agency, Top Notch Diamonds can issue the refund.
Yes, full insurance is taken for the shipment. It is shipped in a discreet box for security purposes.
Yes, international shipments are possible through FedEx. All fees, duties, or taxes will be assessed by the customs offices in your area. It is the responsibility of the recipient to take care of this. Please contact your customs office to get the item cleared. If the custom fees are not paid in time and the package goes missing on the way back to the sender, Top Notch Diamonds will not issue a refund to the buyer.
Regular shipments are shipped 2nd day so you should receive them Two Days after the shipment has been made. If it is a special order, it will be custom made and will take longer. The estimated delivery time for special orders will be on a case-to-case basis, but we will provide the estimated delivery time at the time of confirmation and hope to deliver at the earliest.
Yes, please write the shipment address of the person you are gifting to and email us that it is a gift, so we only include a gift receipt in the box.
